Capturing this session for April of Sweet Peas Cakery was full of so many candid moments, I was in heaven! We planned the perfect portrait session to capture April with her beautiful cake designs, and ended up capturing so many adorable photos with her family as well. I love when sessions turn out so organic like this!

We took a trip up to the Ottawa valley for a family reunion and booked an Airbnb in Wilno to stay for the weekend. From the moment we arrived Pauline and Lou felt like family to us! We spent half the weekend just getting to know them and hearing their stories. Pauline showed us her incredible weaving that she does and Lou showed us all around the property that they have completely restored! This couple was so content and their happiness truly was contagious!

Anna & Justin invited Emma's grandparents to join the session and capturing them holding her was once of the sweetest moments I have ever witnessed. They were over joyed and the way they spoke to her just melted my heart, the grandpa even recited Shakespeare!
