Sharing early invites energy
I started sharing the early notes from my project this week—and something I didn’t entirely expect happened.
People responded.
Not just with encouragement, but with their own stories.
Ideas.
DMs.
Reflections that reminded me exactly why sharing early matters.
This week was the start of bringing “Making an Idea Real” into the open—my Executive MBA project on what it really takes to move an idea forward inside a complex org.
Not just to pitch it, but to shape it, stretch it, carry it through the messy middle, and make it real.
And what this week showed me is that early sharing isn’t just about feedback.
It’s about energy.
About seeing the spark reflected back in someone else’s eyes—and realizing you’re onto something worth following.
So thank you—truly—to everyone who reached out, commented, or simply took a moment to engage.
You helped this idea feel a little more real—and that means everything.
This week reminded me: momentum doesn’t start with perfection. It starts when we share the early version.
Now I’m off to grab some chocolate-covered almonds and cuddle up with my golden retriever, Toby—while talking to my husband about the ideas I’m carrying into next week.
Can’t wait to share more notes soon. 📝
